Vacancy
We are seeking a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join our Wills & Probate team. You will be responsible for managing a caseload that includes all aspects associated with Wills, Powers of Attorney, Probate and Declarations of Trusts.
Responsibilities
- Liaise with clients, solicitors, and other third parties such as estate agents, financial institutions, care homes and utility providers
- Prepare and review legal documents such as Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Probate Applications and Declarations of Trust
- Conduct Will, asset and beneficiary searches and investigate reports
- Ensure all legal requirements are met for the execution of Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Declarations of Trust
- Manage the transfer of funds between parties involved in Probate matters
- Manage your own caseload
Skills
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and professionals
- Proficiency in IT systems for document preparation and research
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple cases efficiently
- Effective time management to meet deadlines and handle various tasks

Salary is dependant upon experience and expertise
