ROPER JAMES’ CONVEYANCING EXPERTISE RECOGNISED BY THE LAW SOCIETY
Roper James Solicitors are delighted to announce that the Law Society have acknowledged their expertise in Conveyancing by awarding them Certified Status of the Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS) which is a recognised quality standard for residential conveyancing practices.
The Application for CQS status is arduous and examines all aspects of a law firm’s operations. The standard is not simply about proficiency and experience in conveyancing but also examines the financial health of the firm, ensures clients are treated fairly and that there are systems in place to safeguard clients’ money and personal information.
Roper James opened an office on Fore Street in Saltash early in 2020 and the Conveyancing Department is headed by John Northey, formerly of Blight Skinnard. John is well known in the Saltash area and has over 35 years of experience in residential conveyancing. John says “I am delighted that the Law Society have recognised the expertise we have here at Roper James and I look forward to continuing to be of service to clients in Saltash and the surrounding area. I hope my experience and knowledge of the local area will assist clients and make them feel that their house sale or purchase is in safe hands”.
Following further vetting, Roper James have also been accepted on the lending panel of most major banks and building societies who again recognise their proficiency.
