Frances Morgan’s Expertise Recognised by the Law Society
The Directors of Roper James are delighted to announce that Frances Morgan, Associate and Solicitor Advocate in their Clinical Negligence Department has been successful in her application for reaccreditation to the Law Society’s Clinical Negligence Panel of specialist solicitors.
Membership to the Law Society’s Clinical Negligence Accreditation Scheme is awarded to individuals with recognised expertise in this highly specialised area of law. The Scheme involves a rigorous selection process, and is designed to ensure that clients, and/or their representatives, are easily able to identify legal practitioners with proven competency in clinical negligence law.
It also demonstrates our conformity as a firm to a best practice quality mark that prospective clients can trust.
Frances has a proven track record in dealing with a range of complex clinical negligence disputes and claims, inquest representation and healthcare law and has a particular interest in orthopaedic and cancer claims, and claims involving children and those lacking capacity to conduct their own affairs.
