Rachel Eyre – LLB (Hons) – Solicitor Advocate

Rachel Eyre

Rachel enjoyed a successful career in London in corporate finance dealing with commercial contracts prior to moving to Cornwall and obtaining a First-class Honours law degree with the Open University. Rachel completed her legal training at the University of Plymouth and a local law firm before qualifying as a Solicitor. She has since qualified as a Solicitor Advocate.

Rachel specialises exclusively in personal injury claims and has a wealth of experience particularly in clinical negligence and believes it necessary to combine expertise, professionalism and sensitivity when dealing with clients. Rachel acts only for Claimants and feels very strongly that “the ordinary person should have access to the specialist legal representation they require during what can be a very difficult time for both those injured and their families.”

Rachel has a particular interest in claims that are out of the ordinary and is proud to have recovered substantial damages on behalf of a client who was tragically severely injured by a family member as a result of extreme failings in the system which had a duty to ensure that such injuries did not occur. Rachel’s competitive nature guarantees she works tirelessly to achieve the best results for her clients.

In 1998 Rachel completed both the London and New York Marathons raising vital funds for charity although now enjoys a more sedentary lifestyle.
