Jason is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives and has over 12 years of experience dealing with Claimant personal injury claims specialising in accidents in the workplace, road traffic accidents, and slips and trips in public places. He has experience in dealing with high value claims including brain injured clients. He is accredited as a member of The Law Society Personal Injury Panel and the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL).
Jason has recently left a large regional firm to take up a role with Roper James. He is looking forward to working for a firm which only acts for injured clients and who can provide them with the expertise that they need to ensure they are fully compensated for their losses.
Jason deals with clients in a professional but friendly manner and always explains the legal process in an understandable way and will ensure the client is always put first. Having said that, he is a fierce litigator to ensure that he achieves the best outcome for his clients.
Jason was born and bred in Cornwall and although has moved away on occasions he has always returned to his Cornish roots. He represented the County at football when at school and played for Brighton and Hove Albion youth team and Torquay United reserves. He has played football with Alan Shearer and Lee Sharpe.
When not working he enjoys watching football, playing golf and spending time with his young family.
